VENUE
Concessionary rates are available for venue only events.

HOSTED BAR
A selection of local liquor brands and beers, assorted sodas
and mixers and white and red wines are available.

MENU SELECTION
Coyaba affords a wide range of menus personalized for each occasion.

DECORATION
Floral and special decoration can be adapted to the occasion,
personal printed menus in the wedding colour are available.

GAZEBO
Decorated for the wedding ceremony with flowers, tulle and
ribbons in the wedding theme colours.

TABLES
All tables are fully set with white linen and napkins.

TENTS
To be provided only if instructed no later than 4 days before the event.
These will be decorated with pepperlights.

ENTERTAINMENT
A podium and PA system are provided for the master of ceremony.
A DJ to play selections of taped music can be provided.
Clients also can choose from top quality Reggae/Ska bands, Calypso, or Jonkonoo bands, for that special ambiance.

FLOWERS
A Unique blend of tropical flowers in season or traditional flowers can be provided for
guest and head table center pieces and gazebo.

WEDDING CAKE
We offer a wide selection of 3-tier, 2-tier or single layer wedding cakes,
either Jamaican Fruit or Sponge Cake to choose from.

MARRIAGE CEREMONY
The Marriage Officer needs at least a 30 days advance notice of the intention to perform the ceremony. Contact us for details.

PARKING
A large parking lot is available at the rear of the property.

Inclusive of venue, hosted local bar, hors d'oeuvres.

PAYMENT
Prices quoted in US dollars A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the event is required to confirm date and venue. Final payment is to be paid 30 days before the event. Any increases in the count or any additional services provided will be accounted for and is to be paid before the day of the event. In the event of cancellation 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
